The large surround laser cutting machine uses a high-energy density laser beam to irradiate the surface of the workpiece, causing the material to instantly melt or vaporize. The melted or vaporized material is blown away by auxiliary gas to achieve the purpose of cutting. Laser beams have the characteristics of high energy, high directionality, and high monochromaticity, which can accurately focus on extremely small light spots, perform high-precision and high-speed cutting of materials, and have a small heat affected area, effectively reducing material deformation.
Structural Design
1.Closed working area: The large enclosed structure provides a closed space for the cutting process, effectively preventing laser radiation, smoke and debris splashing generated by cutting, not only ensuring the safety of operators, but also maintaining a clean working environment and reducing interference with surrounding equipment and personnel.

3.Intelligent control system: adopting advanced CNC system with friendly human-computer interaction interface, operators can easily set cutting parameters such as laser power, cutting speed, cutting path, etc. through programming. Some high-end models also support automatic typesetting function, which can automatically optimize cutting schemes based on the size of the board and the shape to be cut, improving material utilization.
