In addition, due to the high humidity in the marine environment, it is necessary to carry out moisture-proof treatment on the equipment, such as placing desiccants inside the equipment packaging.
2.Outer packaging box: Generally, wooden or metal frame structure packaging boxes are used, which have high strength and stability. Wooden packaging boxes have relatively low costs and can be customized according to the size of the equipment. Metal packaging boxes are more sturdy and durable, suitable for long-distance transportation or transportation in harsh environments. The exterior of the packaging box is usually labeled with prominent signs such as "Fragile Items", "Precision Equipment", "Upward", "Moisture proof", etc., to remind transportation personnel to pay attention.
3.Internal cushioning materials: In order to protect the precision components of the equipment, various cushioning materials are used inside the packaging box. Foam plastic is one of the most commonly used materials. It can be cut and filled according to the shape of the equipment to provide good shock absorption effect. In addition, materials such as air cushion film and sponge will also be used. For example, for the laser generator, it will be wrapped with thick foam plastic, and then wrapped with air cushion film in multiple layers to ensure that it will not be impacted and vibrated during transportation.
4.Fixed device: In the packaging box, the equipment will be prevented from displacement through various fixed devices. For large fiber laser cutting machines, steel fixed brackets are used to secure the main body of the equipment to the bottom of the packaging box. For some small components, such as cutting heads, control cabinets, etc., plastic buckles or nylon zip ties are used to fix them in specialized positions. At the same time, cushioning materials such as rubber pads will be placed between the equipment and fixed devices to avoid wear and tear caused by direct contact.
